Individual therapy
Whether online or in-person, individual therapy offers a dedicated space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns with care and curiosity. Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly at a consistent time.
Our full fee rages from $150-225 per session, depending on the clinician’s level of expertise. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement, and sliding scale options are often available. We’ll always do our best to meet you where you are.

Psychedelic integration session
These sessions support you in making meaning of experiences related to altered states of consciousness—whether through plant medicine, spiritual awakening, or expanded perception. Integration can take the form of a single session or a series of meetings. If ongoing support is desired, a custom rate can be discussed during your consultation.

Neurodivergent assessment and report
We offer a collaborative, affirming approach to neurodivergent assessment for individuals across the lifespan—including Autism, ADHD/AuDHD, giftedness, and learning differences. Our evaluations are rooted in lived experience, clinical expertise, and deep listening—not rigid checklists or outdated norms.
We do not offer standardized cognitive or academic testing (e.g., IQ or achievement testing), as we believe current measures often fall short in capturing the full truth of neurodivergent minds—especially for women, AFAB individuals, BIPOC clients, and those with complex identities.
Instead, we work alongside you (or your child) to explore developmental patterns, identity, and function in a way that feels spacious, respectful, and clarifying. When helpful, we can provide a formal written report with diagnostic language, accommodation recommendations, and personalized insights.

A one-time session for those seeking insight or clarity around neurodivergence, without formal documentation.

Full Assessment + Report
Includes intake, follow-ups, collaborative diagnosis (if indicated), and a personalized written report with accommodations.
